This course is for those interested in training for a career in broadcasting, with particular emphasis on Radio. It is a one year full time programme designed to provide learners with the opportunity to develop their broadcasting skills with particular emphasis on practical hands on production skills. The Programme offers learners the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills to work in this exciting and vibrant industry effectively. Learners on this programme will have access to the College’s state of the art iMac computer suite which is equipped with the very latest software used in industry.
This course is for those interested in pursuing a broadcasting career with particular focus on working in the radio sector. Job prospects for graduates include radio presenting, reporting, correspondent work, sound designer, journalism, and radio producing.
